JARROD GIBSON
Jarrod Gibson, though small in stature, is big in personality. As excitable today as the day he first rode out of a barrel, it is this enthusiasm for life that is infectious about him, and you can't help but have a good time when this kid is around. He enjoys an amber ale, competes on the australian tour (finishing in the top 16 in 2008), recently purchased a puppy and is one of the best bodyboard shapers in the world.

"Since beginning my career in early 1999 at the highly respected label Toobs Bodyboards Australia (at the tender age of 16) I have continually developed my skills behind the foam. In the ten years I've been shaping bodyboards I've produced boards for companies including Toobs, 4play, Elemenohpee, VS, QCD Boards, Q Boards (quiksilver) and for seasoned proffessionals such as Mitch Rawlins, Ryan Hardy, Andrew Lester, Damian King, Michael Novy and Jake Stone (among others). Through my experience I have been able to develop new techniques and ways to fine tune my shapes down the the smallest detail, which is essential when your dealing with some of the sports elite riders." - Jarrod Gibson
Having largely focused on delivering the finest quality custom boards in recent times, Jarrod decided it was time to push his skills to the next level and finally attach his name to a product that he is proud to call his own. 2010 will see this become a reality, with the introduction of his Paulownia Collection and the Colours Series for QCD Bodyboards.
